Description

The TPM-AK from PTS is the latest in their line of enhanced magazines, and sports all the same stand out features that gained PTS their fantastic reputation. The magazine is constructed from transparent high strength engineering polymer with a high-vis orange follower, allowing you to keep track of how many BBs remain in your magazine on the fly, and never get caught out with an empty mag.
The sides of the TPM-AK magazine feature a "waffle" style grid pattern which increases strength and also provides improved grip allowing you to reload with minimal chances of dropping the mag, even when working in wet weather or under pressure. At the base of the magazine, we can find the highly functional PTS baseplate which is constructed from matt black Dupont Zytel polymer with a rubberised "foot" on the base. This baseplate provides additional purchase for when you are ripping your mag out of a pouch for a fast reload, and can also be used as an improvised support for your rifle using a technique known as "mag podding". Also present on the baseplate is a "dot matrix", which can be used to mark the magazine with a number so you can keep track of which mag is which and avoid mix-ups.
PTS magazines are intended for high rate of fire builds, and include a stronger feed spring than the average mid-cap to ensure every BB feeds smoothly and quickly into your AEG and it doesn't skip a beat. Even if your AK is pretty standard, a PTS magazine can provide unparalleled reliability, and the feed spring won't wear out as quickly over time like a standard mid-cap.

Features:

  • High strength Dupont Zytel construction
  • Ribs on either side for additional grip
  • "Dot matrix" on the baseplate for magazine i.d.
  • Clear polymer shell with orange follower - Keep track of your round count
  • 150 rd capacity - Spring-loaded, speed loader fed
  • Modern design aesthetic - Enhanced look and function
  • Ultra-fast feeding  - Great for high rate of fire AEGs!
  • Compatible with AK AEG series
