Here you will find all of the delivery information you should need before you place your order.
UK orders.
Royal Mail - We no longer offer Royal Mail shipping on orders. Warranty items will continue to be returned using the 2-4 day service as standard but you can upgrade to DPD if requested.
DPD - We offer two delivery options with DPD, 1-2 working days and Saturday guarantee. We always advise using these services if your order totals more than £100 as a precaution. Some items listed MUST be sent with DPD, such as guns, air tanks and batteries due to Royal Mail policies. This means that the website may not give you the option for cheaper postage. Please note that if your package becomes lost, stolen or damaged, we accept no responsibility for this and must wait 48hrs after the last tracking update before we can start a claim for a refund. This means that your items cannot be resent until the claim is complete. Please note that we do not take responsibility for any DPD delays and any issues regarding this should be resolved with DPD directly. This means no postage refunds will be issued for delays. 1-2 working days is also an estimation for DPD's time and not our dispatch time.
Channel Islands/Northern Ireland/Scotland.
We cannot offer weekend delivery for these areas due to DPD restrictions.
If you purchase a battery/Tank/Pyro/Gas, we will be forced to send your order on a 2 day service.
If you choose the wrong delivery option for your area, we may automatically change it for you and refund any differences in cost. If we do not change it automatically, we will contact you first.
Non-UK Orders.
Royal Mail -We no longer offer a Royal Mail international service but this may change in the future.
DPD -We do not offer a DPD international service but this may change in the future.
Free Shipping.
Free shipping is available for orders over £150 but this must be selected at checkout. This can be done by clicking the DPD option to reveal the drop down options. Please be aware that we will not refund the shipping cost if you have failed to select this option.
Order Fulfilment.
We aim to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, with the exception of custom builds (5-10 working days), pre ordered items and special order products. Please be aware we do not pack orders on Tuesdays or Sundays as we are closed. Orders also cannot be dispatched on weekends.
Delivery Of Goods.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is input on orders. We will not be held responsible for any extra charges or delays caused by incorrect information. If any charges arise, it is the customers responsibility to ensure they are paid before any re-delivery is made.
Delivery times quoted only include working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays)Please note that High Pressure Airsoft cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Acts of God, industrial action, vehicle breakdown, service providers miss sorting etc
If we cannot fulfil or deliver your order within these times or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible. We will also give you an expected delivery date and allow you to cancel your order if you wish.
Please note that air tanks are supplied empty due to very strict courier regulations.
Missing/damaged items MUST be reported within 48hours of receipt of delivery.
Missing orders MUST be reported within 48hrs of the estimated delivery time. Failing to do so will result in the inability to process a claim with the courier and you will be responsible for purchasing the replacement.
Damaged/Missing Parcels.
If items delivered are damaged in transit please contact us within 48hrs of delivery, photos for proof may be required, some items may be required to be returned to us at our cost.
If your parcel arrived open/damaged, you MUST NOT open your parcel or throw away your packaging until you have contacted us. This is because DPD require images of damage at every stage of opening.
Courier Investigations/Claims - A courier Investigation/claim will can only be submitted if your parcel is lost or damaged and is only started once the customer has contacted us regarding their issue. All lost/damaged parcels MUST be reported to us within 48hrs of (estimated) delivery so be sure to check your tracking regularly and report any issues as soon as they arise. If your parcel has been delayed and you have not received an update in 4 working days, you must contact us as your parcel has possibly been lost by the courier and must be checked.
Once you have contacted us regarding an issue, we will contact our courier to raise the issue with them. If your parcel has been lost, the courier will start an investigation/parcel search before any claim can be started. This takes 6 working days to complete and if your parcel is found in this time, the courier will deliver it to you, the customer. This means that replacement parcels cannot be dispatched until the investigation/parcel search has changed to a claim. They will only change it to a claim if the parcel cannot be found within the given time period.
Once the investigation/parcel search has been changed to a claim, we will be able to refund/resend your order as requested. However, if your parcel was missing, you will be contacted by our courier to confirm this to be correct. We simply ask that you reply to our courier in a good timeframe to assist us with the claim.
If your parcel was damaged, you will not have to wait for an investigation/parcel search as the courier will simply start a claim using images of the damaged product as evidence. We may not ask you to return the damaged product but if we do, we will refund your postage cost up to the cost of £5. If you cannot find a shipping service cheap enough, we can organise a collection with DPD upon request.
ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 11AM WILL BE SENT OUT THE FOLLOWING DAY REGARDLESS OF THE DELIVERY OPTION CHOSEN.
