All prices stated are in UK pounds Sterling and include VAT (Value added tax)
International customers will not pay VAT you will have to pay your own countries VAT before delivery of your items, you will receive an email or letter telling you how.

Payment And Ownership Of Goods.
Goods remain property of High Pressure Airsoft ltd until paid for in full.
Free Shipping.
Free shipping is available for orders over £125 but this must be selected at checkout. This can be done by clicking the DPD option to reveal the drop down options. Please be aware that we will not refund the shipping cost if you have failed to select this option.
Order Fulfilment.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is input on orders. We will not be held responsible for any extra charges or delays caused by incorrect information. If any charges arise, it is the customers responsibility to ensure they are paid before any re-delivery is made.
We aim to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, with the exception of custom builds (5-10 working days), pre ordered items and special order products.

Delivery times quoted only include working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays)Please note that High Pressure Airsoft cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Acts of God, industrial action, vehicle breakdown, service providers miss sorting etc
If we cannot fulfil or deliver your order within these times or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible. We will also give you an expected delivery date and allow you to cancel your order if you wish.
Please note that air tanks are supplied empty due to very strict courier regulations.
Missing items MUST be reported within 48hours of receipt of delivery.
Missing orders MUST be reported within 48hrs of the estimated delivery time. Failing to do so will result in the inability to process a claim with the courier and you will be responsible for purchasing the replacement.
If items delivered are damaged in transit please contact us within 48hrs of delivery, photos for proof may be required, some items may be required to be returned to us at our cost.
Cancellation.
You have the right to cancel your order so long as it has not been shipped. To cancel your order please call us on 01724706708 .
Refunds will not be given on custom builds, MTW builder or anything else that we have to specifically order in for you, so long as the item(s) are in as new condition we will offer store credit instead.

Warranty and Repair.
If you suspect your product to be faulty within its warranty period please contact us or the manufacturer for advice and/or repair, we will cover the cost of your shipping to us or the manufacture. However if the item/s damaged are found to be user error we may require you to cover all costs before we send the item/s back to you.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, High Pressure Airsoft does not offer a refunds on prebuilt Rif's or air tanks unless they are in a resell-able condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you have purchased an item/s from us and find it is damaged/faulty. You must NOT attempt the repair yourself before contacting us first. Failing to contact us may result in limited warranty availability. If we attempt repair and find that the item/s has been tampered with, we may require you to cover all costs before we send the item/s back to you. We may give you instructions on how to fix the issue yourself if we feel it can be done and this will not affect your warranty.
Website Accuracy.
We work extremely hard to ensure our website is as accurate as possible to ensure stock levels/images are correct. However, mistakes can happen and we will contact you as soon as possible if you have made an order we cannot fulfil. We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any claim resulting from the accuracy of the information supplied. Pictures of products are for illustration only. Product specifications may change without prior notice.
Telephone Ordering.
We aim to give the most accurate and up to date information available when taking telephone orders, however we cannot guarantee and be held responsible for any claim resulting from the accuracy of the information supplied. Product specifications may change without prior notice.
We may record all telephone conversations for confirmation and training purposes.
Governing Law And Contract Information.
No contract will exist between you and High Pressure Airsoft. Until the point of shipping, you have the right to decline your order. These contracts do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
If any part of our terms and conditions is determined by a UK court to be invalid, illegal, void or otherwise unenforceable under any current or future law, the remainder of our terms and conditions shall not be affected thereby.
