Return & Refund Policy

You must always contact us prior to returning any item to ensure all requirements are met! 

In the unlikely event that you have ordered items you did not want, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s)
Unwanted item(s) returned must be in as new condition and in original packaging, you will have to cover postage back to us but there will be no restocking fee.

We will not offer a full refund if the buyer damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (though you may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund, this will be assessed when the item arrives back with us by our trained technicians)

All installations are to be performed by a High Pressure Airsoft LTD approved technician, any damages caused during installation will not be covered by warranty. Warranty may still be held with the manufacturer but this is left to the manufacturers discretion. 

Please ensure to refuse delivery on any parcels with obvious damage. If you fail to do this and the items are also damaged, you may not be covered under warranty and it is down to the discretion of the employee to decide if warranty is still available. 

In the event of lost parcels, we will not cover any lost parcels that have been left in a safe place at the customer request as it is the customers responsibility to ensure the safe place is safe. Although we will assist you in processing a claim with the currier if needed.

Items returned after the 30 day period, will be exchanged for store credit only. 

How do i return my item(s)?

Before returning any item(s), you must first contact us to ensure all requirements are met. Failing to do this may affect the return process. Once this has been completed, you will need to pack your item up in appropriate packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit. 

You must include a note specifying your name, order number, preferred outcome (e.g. Refund) and the reason(s) for returning the item(s) in the package. If you fail to leave the note and do not contact us within 7 days of us receiving your item, your return may not be processed.

Please also ensure your package is sent with tracking and you have a postage receipt to help prevent items getting lost in the post.

What courier can I use for my return?

DO NOT use Royal Mail if you are returning a weapon, tank or pyro.

  • If you are returning a weapon, tank, pyro or something of high value (such as an engine), we would recommend the use of DPD or UPS to ensure the item(s) arrive safely.
  • If you are returning something of low value, such as a grip or regulator, Royal Mail is an acceptable service but we would advise using a tracked service.

Who holds responsibility for my return?


It is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned to us, no refunds will be given for lost, damaged or stolen items so ensure adequate insurance has been applied.

If we have arranged a collection on your behalf, we will take responsibility for loss or damage during transit but not before. E.G. If you leave your parcel in a safe place for collection and it is stolen, we will not take responsibility.

Will my postage cost be refunded?

We will only offer a refund on your return shipping cost if you are returning an item that is covered under warranty. If you are returning something for a personal reason, such as no longer wanting the item or compatibility issues, your postage will not be refunded. 

If it has been agreed that your postage will be refunded, you will need to send to us a dated postage receipt for proof of purchase. We will not issue a refund above the amount of £5 so if you are unable to get a low enough price, please contact us and we will arrange a collection through DPD on your behalf. If you do not provide a dated postage receipt, you will not receive a refund.

When will my return be processed?

We aim to process all returns within 72hrs of delivery.

All refunds will be processed as soon as possible but the time it takes to clear will depend on your bank accounts T&C's. You will receive some form of notification once this has been processed.


Due to an update to PayPal's T&C's regarding returns, if you have made your payment using PayPal we will refund you the item cost less 3%
