Return & Refund Policy

All customers are required to contact us prior to returning any items to ensure all requirements are met. Failure to do so may end in your return not being processed.

Can I return my item(s) to HPA-UK?

Unwanted Items

You are entitled to return your unwanted item(s) for a refund within 14 days of delivery so long as they are in as new condition and in the original packaging. All returns must contain the returns sheet provided via email unless otherwise stated. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Any returns received after the 14-day timeframe but before 30 days will receive store credit only. Any returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Any customer with a returns rate higher than 30% will automatically be flagged and a 25%  admin fee will be deducted from any future returns/refunds.

The return postage cost will not be covered by HPA-UK.

Faulty/Damaged Items

In the airsoft industry, it is impossible and unrealistic for products to be completely 100% perfect. As long as they do not affect the product's function or performance and overall appearance, minor wobble, shake or movement of product components, minor scratches, dents or discoloration are also considered to be part of the standard quality.

Most items on our site are covered by 1 year warranty with HPA-UK unless otherwise stated. This consists of a refund, repair or replacement. Please note that you may not be able to choose which you receive as it will differ in each case.

Warranty covers manufacturers faults, but this does not include wear & tear parts. Parts we consider to be wear & tear items include but are not limited to:

  • Nozzles
  • Pistons
  • Hop-Up Rubbers
  • Gears

How do i return my item(s)?

Before returning any item(s), you must first contact us to ensure all requirements are met. Failing to do this may affect the return process. Once this has been completed, you will need to pack your item up in appropriate packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

You must include the returns sheet provided by us via email. If you fail to add this and do not contact us within 7 days of us receiving your item, your return will not be processed.

Please also ensure your package is sent with tracking and you have a postage receipt to help prevent items getting lost in the post.

What courier can I use for my return?

DO NOT use Royal Mail if you are returning a weapon, tank or pyro.

  • If you are returning a weapon, tank, pyro or something of high value (such as an engine), we would recommend the use of DPD or UPS to ensure the item(s) arrive safely.
  • If you are returning something of low value, such as a grip or regulator, Royal Mail is an acceptable service but we would advise using a tracked service.

Who holds responsibility for my return?

It is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned to us, no refunds will be given for lost, damaged or stolen items so ensure adequate insurance has been applied.

If we have arranged a collection on your behalf, we will take responsibility for loss or damage during transit but not before. E.G. If you leave your parcel in a safe place for collection and it is stolen, we will not take responsibility.

Will my postage cost be refunded?

We will only offer a refund on your return shipping cost if you are returning an item that is covered under warranty. If you are returning something for a personal reason, such as no longer wanting the item or compatibility issues, your postage will not be refunded.

If it has been agreed that your postage will be refunded, you will need to send to us a dated postage receipt for proof of purchase. We will not issue a refund above the amount of £5 so if you are unable to get a low enough price, please contact us and we will arrange a collection through DPD on your behalf. If you do not provide a dated postage receipt, you will not receive a refund.

When will my return be processed?

We aim to process all returns within 72hrs of delivery.

All refunds will be processed as soon as possible but the time it takes to clear will depend on your bank accounts T&C's. You will receive some form of notification once this has been processed.

Due to an update to PayPal's T&C's regarding returns, if you have made your payment using PayPal we will refund you the item cost less 3%
