Licensed H&K MP5 CM.041 Replica with Eshooter ETU, GEN-2 (Umarex)

The licensed MP5 airsoft submachine gun from CYMA Platinum is an electric AEG featuring a folding stock, metal body and Heckler & Koch markings. The replica uses a GEN-2 gearbox with a QSC quick spring change system, Kestrel V2 MOSFET/ETU and licensed markings, combining the classic MP5 design with an extensive mechanical and electronic configuration.

Construction and design:

The body is made of metal, while the lower receiver and folding stock are made of nylon. The construction combines nylon, aluminum and zinc alloy components. The replica weighs ~2958 g without a magazine, measures 745 mm with the stock unfolded and 505 mm with the stock folded.

Heckler & Koch markings are located on the left side of the lower receiver, on the magazine well and above the ejection port. The individual serial number is located on the magazine well.

The polymer handguard features three RIS rail segments for mounting additional accessories, including lights and lasers and vertical and angled foregrips. The 14 mm CCW thread allows compatible muzzle devices to be installed.

The tri-lug mount allows compatible sound suppressors and tracer units to be attached, including the BBP- 312-BK-C available in our range.

Ergonomics and handling:

The folding stock reduces the replica's length to 505 mm, making it easier to handle in confined spaces and transport. Ambidextrous fire selectors support convenient operation by right- and left-handed users.

The replica features three sling attachment points. The first is formed by the front mounting pin with an integrated sling loop, the second is located near the magazine well, and the third is a QD socket.

Pulling back the charging handle allows the mock bolt to be locked in its rear position, as on the firearm counterpart. The exposed hop-up chamber simplifies adjustment of the BB trajectory.

Internal parts and mechanics

The GEN-2 V2 gearbox designed for the MP5 platform features a QSC quick spring change system located inside the gearbox. The mechanism uses CNC-machined short-stroke gears with a 13:1 gear ratio, 8 mm steel ball bearings, a piston with full steel teeth and a steel ball-bearing spring guide.

The pneumatic system includes an aluminum silent piston and cylinder head set, a steel type 2 cylinder and a 21.00 mm PTFE nozzle with an O-ring. The mechanism is driven by a long high-torque neodymium motor.

Electronic system:

The Kestrel V2 MOSFET/ETU electronically controls the operation of the mechanism. The replica uses a T-connect connector, and the battery compartment is located inside the stock.

Performance and precision:

The brass AEG inner barrel has a length of 225 mm and a diameter of 6.03 mm. The polymer MP5 hop-up chamber allows the BB spin and trajectory to be adjusted.

The replica can be purchased in the Stock configuration with a muzzle velocity of ~380 FPS or ordered for an additional charge in the Medium configuration reaching ~350 FPS or the Low configuration reaching ~300 FPS.

The replica achieves a rate of fire of ~26 RPS.
